GPX KC318S UNDERCABINET CD PLAYER WITH CLOCK RADIO

The LCD display did not work. The radio tuner is not digital and hard to tune.

We just got this for Christmas and are not at all satisfied with anything about it. We drilled the holes under our cupboard and then installed it. We turned it on and it's almost entirely static. Also, the worst part, the CD PLAYER DOES NOT OPEN! At All! We have followed the instructions exactly but to no avail. Sad that we already drilled the holes. We will be returning it as soon as possible. Save your money and please STAY AWAY!!

I ordered this product as a Christmas present for my son and daughter-in-law. Received it in terrible conditon. It was not wrapped nor placed in a box for shipment. An address lable with my name and address had been printed and placed on the product box. The box was crushed and I should have returned the product at that time, but I kept it and gave it as a present as planned. Needless to say, it was broken and I returned it after Christmas. I called the company regarding the broken player and they stated they didn't have anymore to replace it with, but would give me credit upon its return. I never received a credit for this product, so lost my money. Would definitely not recommend this product and will never buy from this company again.
