Small size, big sound, Timex quality. This compact model takes up almost no real estate on your nightstand but features a bright 0.6" red LED display that is clearly visible from anywhere in your room. The gentle-wake buzzer alarm starts softly and gradually gets louder to wake you gently, and there's a choice of normal or extra loud alarm volume to wake even the heaviest of sleepers. All of the controls, including the extra large snooze bar are easily accessible on the top cabinet. A battery back up system maintains your time and alarm settings in the event of a power interruption.

This alarm clock is very basic and it gives you two volume options. If you are a deep sleeper like me and you need an alarm you cannot possibly sleep through then this is the perfect clock for you. Good value for the money

Yep, it's an alarm clock. I bought it for my 16 yr old who won't wake up with cymbals crashing over his head. He's finally getting use to the idea of an alarm clock and it's nice that I can get a little extra sleep these days.

This is a nice little alarm clock. The numbers are large and easily readable for sleepy eyes. The description states it has two volume levels, normal and extra loud but I don't know that I'd classify the louder setting as 'extra loud.' I also don't notice a gentle wake cycle.... but that could be because I instantly snooze it! I love the fact that the snooze button is long and not hard to find. I gave it only 4 stars because it does not have an dual alarm on it... didn't even realize they made them with a single alarm any more! :)
