Seiko Bedside Alarm Clock Silver-Tone Metallic Case

The clock doesn't have an AM/PM indicator, so if you don't turn off the alarm every morning, it'll go off every 12 hours. Also, there is not a choice for snooze/no snooze. In the photo, the clock face looks like it has this cool texture to it with lots of little bumps, when in fact the face has a sticker on it with pictures of little bumps on it--no joke. And for this kind of money, it would be nice to have small date and day of the week indicators...not that I was expecting those.

The alarm is loud enough. The little light that goes on when you press the snooze button on top is ingenious. And the clock looks stylish. So after thinking about it for awhile, I'm not that disappointed and I'd probably buy this again. It works, after all.

I agree with the comments of the last reviewer. It is a great clock as there is no ticking sound and the hands are easy to read. The clock is supposed to have an alarm sound which gradually increases in volumn, but it gives you only about 15 seconds before ringing like a fire station. This is why i have given in only 4 stars. i wish the someone would develop an alarm clock that gives a 5 minutes delay with increasing frequency without me having to move an inch out of bed. Anyway, it is worth it to but but i agree also it is a bit too pricey.

i wanted a simple clock to put over the tv set (and function as a back up alarm). this fit the bill perfectly. A little pricey but its a seiko. It looks very sharp, fits any decor, and best of all the hands can be seen from across the room every easily (high contrast, white on black). No ticking sound either. Its a keeper.
