Summary: Would have been nice, but... 2010-09-02
Comment: So to start things off I got this and opened it and immediately found the front of the clock to be odd. I noticed gaps around the face of the LED clock itself and thought to myself "looks like a piece is missing", sure enough when I compared it to the front of the box it appears the faceplate that shows you if the clock is in AM/PM, if Alarm 1 or 2 is set, if the iPod is plugged in, etc. is completely missing. I searched the small box and saw it was obviously nowhere to be seen. After the 5 day wait for it to get here and the low price I paid I figured I would just keep it rather than waiting for the 10 day exchange for another one or 5 days for a refund. I simply wrote on the clock what each indicator light is trying to show me and I am satisfied with this solution. The audio quality is about what I expected, no bass at all and a high whine on any note above a middle C. The controls are quite clumsy and not intuative, so I would not recommend this clock for anyone who has difficulty with even simpler clocks (this one requires patience when setting anything). I did like the AM/FM tuner however, the readout is digital so the guesswork for finding the exact frequencies you want is out and the clock was able to pickup quite a few stations despite the lack of any kind of antennae (most alarm clock/radios I have had have a small wire that works as the antennae but this one does not).

Overall, it was worth what I paid and I really only wanted it so I could charge my iPod w/o having to sync it to my PC and having a clock is handy.

Summary: Amazing alarm! 2010-08-26
Comment: You can set 2 different alarms on this clock and I love waking up to the sounds of my iPod touch rather than a radio station or a buzzer. Great product!

Summary: Didn't last long 2010-08-24
Comment: I have been through two of these. The first one went back right away because there was an internal part rattling around inside. On the second one, the alarm just stopped working this weekend (fortunately it was the weekend) and it no longer charges connected devices after owning it about 7 months. As at least one other stated, the digital FM tuner does not lock frequency well (it uses an analog knob), so if you tune it in to 101.3 and set the alarm, it may very well drift to 101.2 or even 101.1 when it activates, without having touched the tuner dial. Finally it's nice to see they now say it is not compatible with the iPhone on the main product page. It does work with my 3G, but it makes that horrendous interference noise, especially in EDGE, and it will ask you if you want to activate airplane mode every time you plug it in. Other than that, it did work for 7 months. I have the same alarm and charging issues on the iPhone 3G that I do with my 3rd gen Nano, so it's not the phone. The price is right when compared to the iHome stuff, that unfortunately doesn't seem to be any more reliable, so it's back to regular alarm clocks for me.

Comment: It's the little iPod clock-radio that can! Don't expect too much, here. The speaker is a bit tinny, but no more so than other radios this size. But the numbers are large enough for somebody with an extreme prescription (me) to see at night, and the iPod interface really works. Some reviewers have said their iPods don't fit..... They do fit. The unit comes with an adapter ALREADY INSTALLED. If your iPod doesn't fit, use a screwdriver or knife to pop the adapter out at the indicated spot. (Yes - it's in the directions, but you won't need to read them.) If you're looking for GREAT STEREO SOUND, look elsewhere. I wanted to listen to west coast baseball games in bed via wifi and my MLB app while my iPod charges. Works great!

Comment: I love this clock radio. This works perfect and the sound is great! I love everything about it. I have the ipod touch. I recommend this for anyone who has a ipod! Plus it has a aux adapter which is awesome. It has two alarms and you can wake to ipod and or radio. I love it!
