I love the Big Beautiful Blue Display on this Clock Radio. I can easily read it from across the room. I bought it mainly for use as a bedroom clock. As a clock, I would give it 5 stars. The Radio part is a different story. The controls are very crude, and have a cheap feel to them. Tuning in stations is a pain. The sound quality is like what I would expect from something this size, just okay. For me, this is a radio that I have tuned to a local station, and it will likely stay that way. I don't intend to use the radio much, except maybe as an alarm clock. As a Radio, I would give it 1 to 2 stars. Not too bad if you always keep it on the same station. This review is from: jWIN JL350 Digital Alarm Clock (Electronics) I was on the hunt to find a digital alarm clock where I could wake up to the radio, but didn't want a super-bright display. The blue light was way too bright for me, even on the dimmest setting, so I returned it. The digital tuner was great though. 0 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By Mort Persky (New York City) - See all my reviews This review is from: jWIN JL350 Digital Alarm Clock (Electronics) Loved the JL-350's beautiful light-blue numbers, but too soon realized they were hard to see, and thus hard to read, even in their brighter setting. These big, beautiful numbers seemed a "can't fail," but after the clock's first 200 days it acquired a bigger problem -- a third face after Time and Alarm. I called it "Guess What?" and its arrival instantly made the alarm unusable. But we didn't unplug it until a week or two later, when all three faces went blank. The JL-350 had a display to die from, making it fun to look at as long as you didn't much care what time it was. Are all JL-350's like mine was? I hope not, but alas I haven't a clue.
