Summary: It Works! (and it works well) 2008-10-11
Comment: After ordering (and returning) a competitor's product, I bought this for my wife. It was easy to set up, does what it's supposed to, and looks good.
We use it as a bedside alarm clock/radio and listen to old time radio dramas as we drift off. We haven't had any disconnects or other problems.
It's just an elegant little table radio that's easy to use and works really well.

Comment: Got the radio yesterday. Am addicted. Controls are simple once you get used to the method. Sound is as good as my ???? stereo system. Recommend this radio.

Summary: absolutely awsome! 2008-10-03
Comment: The Grace wifi is amazing! It is so easy to use. The sound is actually very good considering the size of the speaker. I wish I had made this purchase so much sooner. The only thing that could make this radio better would be portability. It is only a minor whine though. Once you plug it in it only takes about 30 seconds to aquire the connection. Overall, I think this radio should be in every household.

Summary: Great gift! 2008-10-01
Comment: I bought this for my father for his birthday. The setup was a little tedious because of the WEP configuration. After that, it was very quick to tune in lots of radio stations very easily.
The sound is amazing for such a small, mono speaker that is getting music on the Internet.
This is a great gift idea for someone that seems to already have everything!

Summary: Grace internet radio 2008-10-01
Comment: I cannot rate the quality because I can not get it work. I don't know if my lack of experience with configuring routers and internet radios was the sole cause of not getting the radio to work but I did spend over (3) hours on phone with Linksys(two calls)and they also were unable to solve the problem. I was not happy with Grace customer service. I called a number of times and always got voice mail. I left one voice message to call back at gave them times that I would be home but never heard back from them.I was able to communicate by email with Grace but was not given much help.A couple times I expressed my desire to speak to a live person but that did not trigger any interest in their calling.
I considered returning radio and did get RGA from distributor who shipped radio. I knew I would have to pay return shipping but I could not get a minimum re-stocking charge if everything was returned in as shipped condition and all packaging and box undamaged. I would have to return it to find out how much I would be charged except that I believed it would not be a 100% refund.
I still have the radio and will spend some time in coming weeks to see if I can figure how to make it work. I had spent around 30 hours tinkering with this before giving up the first time.
