Its two alarms are handy, since the clock can be set to have either the radio or the buzzer alarm go off at two separate times of the day. Should this item be used as a clock radio, the three-way remote control is great to have. Besides turning the system on or off, the remote can also be used to set the sleep function so that the stereo will automatically turn itself off. The remote will also control the snooze feature, which is good if the alarm needs to be turned off for a short period of time.
This stereo uses two AAA batteries (not included). The unit also includes a limited 90-day manufacturer's warranty.

The beeper mode wakes you up well, and I especially appreciate the remote for snooze in the morning. However, the radio sounds like a 60's era transistor radio. You can't hook up an antenna to improve FM reception. 11 of 12 people found the following review helpful: By Aaron M Day (29 Palms, CA) - See all my reviews This review is from: GPX C1860 Dual Alarm AM/FM Cassette Stereo (Electronics) This is a good alarm clock. Of course the best option in myopinion is the remote control. The stereo isn't much. But you getwhat you pay for. |
