If you like to be woken up out of a dead sleep by the most annoying sound in the world... this will work great for you. We bought this for my daughter who insisted she needed an alarm clock. It is so loud and annoying she jumps (sometimes falls) out of bed trying to stop that noise. It definitly wakes her up and almost stops her heart. There is no way to change the settings on it to make it quieter or change the sound. There is only an on/off button. No radio. All in all, it wakes everybody up.

I just bought this alarm clock (like 30 minutes ago) and it was very easy to use. It is so light and it is just adorable how it fits in the palm of your hand. The display is good. Did I mention how neat and cute it was? Anyway, I naturally decided to test out the alarm. This was 5 minutes ago and my ears are still ringing! I swear that was the most annoying squeaky alarm I ever heard in my life! I frantically dug up the bill and the packaging because there is no way I could get through any morning without a headache with this bugger.

I've had the white version of this bad boy for...oh...15 years. Thought it's finally time to up grade, or rather sideways-grade. It gets the job done and gets it done well.
