This review is from: Equity by La Crosse 20080 Folding Travel Quartz Alarm Clock (Kitchen) I didn't listen to the complaints from the other reviewers, and I purchased this clock. Big mistake. Batteries are very difficult to put into the unit and they have to be jammed in to close the back. The plastic lip that is supposed to support the clock in the open position broke off, so I can't use the clock in the open position as it is supposed to do. Amazon should consider not offering this item any more. This is not the classic design it imitates but a very cheap imitation.
