Comment: I bought two clock radio's for both my bedrooms mainly because I wanted the ceiling LED clock read out. The clock has lots of neat features. One feature I was hoping for was the LED readout would be able to turn in a 360 degree instead of just moves in one direction. The read out is very clear and large and you can switch the direction of the read out which is great so over all its a very nice clock for the money. THE PROBLEM IS THE QUALITY. THE FIRST TWO CLOCKS I RECEIVED BOTH DID NOT WORK AND WHEN I SENT THEM BACK AND RECIEVED TWO MORE, ONE OF THE NEXT TWO ALSO DID NOT WORK so I Have to say its not worth the aggravation. Nice clock, lousy quality.

Comment: the clock is great. my only complaint is the radio sucks. not good sound quality,and cant keep a steady signal on any of like 7 of my fav stations.. but the laser parts cool. i went to the longest part in my house and it still showed great on the other wall. its not so bright that itll light up ur room.
but there is like a softer light in a cirle around the numbers from the laser. its not a clean image of the numbers. and there is also a knob to tune the laser depending on how far away it is.

Comment: Great idea, worked wonderfully. Nice to see those numbers on the ceiling -- except that the clock gained 10 minutes every hour, so within the first couple of hours the numbers were meaningless. Emerson said it was a faulty computer chip. Selling company accepted the return at once. No problem -- except that I live in Hawaii, where shipping would have been $38, so I'd had it shipped to my dad's house in Oregon while I was visiting, and I wouldn't be there for a second shipping. No problem -- ordered a second similar clock, had it shipped to my son's house while I was visiting there. Second model has been trouble-free.

Comment: I sent this clock to my elderly, techno-challenged mom - and she loves it. After setting the time zone, the clock did the rest. She raves about the easy-to-read numbers, the adjustable display brightness, and can't live without the time on the ceiling. Looks like I get extra points for this one.
