We purchased the Disney Fairies Clock Radio in October and kept it until Christmas. When my daughter plugged it in, it lit up, but then the light went out. Since we had had it so long, it was past the date that we could return it. I contacted Simply_Selling and they responded very quickly, saying that we could exchange or get a refund. They did not have the same clock so we opted for a refund. They not only refunded the purchase price, but my shipping costs both ways. I was very pleased and felt very well taken care of. I will definitely purchase from them in the future!
