Bai Square Diecast Solid Metal Travel Alarm Clock, Gotham

I tried many Bai clocks because I was getting my bathroom vanity countertops changed to granite. All my fittings are brushed nickel and I liked the square shape, and it looks beautiful on the counter.

HOWEVER, these are not made in Japan - They are made in China and made in a very strange way... You must set the time by dialing counter-clockwise; the clock's buttons (ALL the Bai travel clocks) are smaller than miniscule, and difficult to work with. My little finger got a good work-out. Aesthetically, they're beautiful... I purchased 6 or 7 and returned all but this one.

I realize they are travel clocks, but I have never had a travel clock that must be turned counter-clockwise, or one whose function buttons almost need a magnifying glass.

It was the only small clock at a reasonable price and fit the color requirements.
