Coby CR-A129 Digital AM/FM Alarm Clock Radio with Front Panel Touch-Sensitive Snooze

Been looking for an alarm clock with radio for a long while. This is perfect if you like to awake to music or even if you want the buzzer. What I like best about this clock is that you can turn off the light or dim the light and can set the radio volume down low. I like dark rooms and low radio to wake up to. The touch screen is great when you want to snooze. No more hunting or thrashing around for a button just touch the front of the clock and it goes back on snooze. The screen appears to be white but it's silver (not bright silver) and the clock is attractive and easy to use. Believe me, I've been looking for just the right alarm clock and you can't beat the price. Love this alarm clock.

My biggest complaint is that a recycling bag wasn't included. What do I do with this piece of junk? It came dented, and although the vendor offered to replace it for $15 shipping/handling, I for some reason declined--the item cost what? About $20?
Gets no radio stations at all--although another clock radio next to it does.
Controls are insane: a whole bunch of identical buttons, doing lord-knows-what.
Yes, if one wants to turn the light on, get out of bed and view the thing from the top, it can be done. Having the manual handy is advised.
Mornings, reach out to shut the noise off (not radio, that doesn't work), and you've accidentally pushed snooze. So while you're brushing your teeth...where's that nasty noise coming from? Well, you guessed right.
How is one supposed to recycle junk like this? I'm open to advice.

Bought this for my brother, since he was always complaining about his alarm clock's off button being so close to the snooze button. Instead of snoozing, he'd shut it off and end up being late for work.
Now he wakes up, hits the front of it, and snoozes for an extra 9 minutes before it goes off again. I like that it will either buzz or have the radio go off. And you can clearly see the time, which the picture doesn't show too well.
