Chaney Instruments Accurite Alarm Clock

This clock keeps time, is quiet, and simple to use.
No wires or an array of buttons.
Just 3, snooze (on top of clock), alarm ON/OFF (on side), and a control in the back to set alarm and time(pull).
Ascending beeping alarm with snooze. Alarm is loud but not to the point where it's annoying.
Press the snooze button and a little light comes on at the top.
Clock is not round as advertised in the picture, but a horizontal oval.
May be a bit big for some if use as a travel alarm.
It's made of plastic, but as expected since it's under $10.00, but it does the job.

The BLACK clock is all black, the WHITE has silver buttons, which makes it 2 tone.

This clock is just what I needed: analog, no ticking sound, large face, variable alarm which starts soft and easy but increases in intensity if you ignore it (like your mother waking you when you were a kid). As others have noted, this clock is not round as shown in photo but oval--which I happen to like. My only gripes are that there is no other choice of color--gray would've been my preference, and the case couldn've been sturdier.

The alarm works as expected, no tick-tuck noise, alarm sound from low to high pitch (and really noisy), and it has a clean elegant look as shown in the picture.

The snooze button also will trigger lighting of the clock face so that I can easily read the time during the night when needed, a big plus to me.

It's made of plastic so don't expect that it will stay on bed side table if you were a swiper. I happened to find a similar clock in nearby Target store with a clearance price tag $3.69 without the snooze light feature. Other than these two, can't really find anything that could be listed as "cons" for this alarm clock.
