I bought this clock to replace a Digiview RC61ELW which I left in a hotel room. The Digiview was not perfect but it was much better than this clock. The Timex is appropriately small and does capture the time signal in an inside room. What I don't like: 1) a display with character spacing and font that is hard to read, 2) lack of a seconds display, 3) button batteries rather than AAA, and 4) the large circular button pad that is only used for setup. Another disadvantage is that there is no way to defeat the time signal lock when out of the US. This is not a clock for international travel.

I manually set the time for this clock because it wouldn't auto set. A week later I look at it and it had dropped a day on the calendar and it had fallen behind about 18 hours on the time. Everything was set correctly so it was definitely malfunctioning. Thankfully I received a full refund.

i was completely let down by this product. first i could not get the time to auto update,which is fine. not such a big deal. but what really let me down is within one week it stopped working. just made this low clicking noise and the screen lit up every thing it could. save yourself some disappointment. chose a different product.
