This clock has a small footprint and the projection quality is good. I enjoy the projection feature. Setup was not too complicated. It didn't take much time for the clock to receive a signal from the outdoor receiver or to receive a signal from the atomic clock. This unit did come with the DC adapter which means the projection is able to stay on all the time and I like that. The buttons in the back are a bit touchy. If you pick up the clock to move it, you will most likely inadvertently push a button which is a bit annoying, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Overall...excellent value for the features.

This clock does exactly what I was looking for: it projects time on the ceiling and also has customisable features for time, date and temperature display. The clock works well outside of the U.S. (it just won't synchronise with the atomic clock); time can be shown in 12- or 24-hour format, the date in either DD-MM or MM-DD, and the temperature in either F or C. It comes with a wireless external temperature monitor which transmits to the clock unit.

The only drawbacks are not being able to re-position the projector (it only projects straight above the clock) and having the internal and external temperatures displayed in the projection along with the time, but neither of these changes the fact that this is a great projection clock with useful additional features.

Atomic clocks are wonderful. This particular one has a nice design in my opinion and the picture amazon has for it is exactly as it looks in person. To be honest I do wish the backlight was on all the time though. The projection is a very cool feature that I was pleasantly suprised with because it wasn't why I bought the clock. There is also a knob on the back to adjust the focus on the projection which is cool. The button setup on the back is slightly stupid. You end up hitting buttons accidentaly. Although I don't usually need to use the buttons on the back. For the atomic time setting feature I was frustrated at first because I had bought 2 atomic clocks ; this one and a different one. Neither would set. I eventually read the instructions more carefully and took notice that computer monitors mess up the signal. Sure enough if I just turn my computer monitor off an old CRT bulky monitor it sets within 5 minutes every signle time. They say it helps if the clock is near...Read more
